At Secret Trainer Shop, we specialize in selling second-hand Pokémon cards and collectibles. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in very limited circumstances outlined below.

No Returns or Refunds Policy

All items are sold as second-hand products and may have varying degrees of wear and tear. We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each item.

No change-of-mind returns are accepted. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

Due to concerns about fraud and counterfeit claims, we cannot accept returns for authenticity disputes. We guarantee that all cards and items are listed honestly to the best of our ability.

Limited Exceptions for Refunds

A refund or replacement may be considered only if the following conditions are met:

• The item was damaged in transit and there is clear, compelling evidence of this.
• The package was not delivered due to an error on our part.

Proof Requirements

To be eligible for a refund under these exceptions, you must provide:

A refund request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Photographic and/or video evidence showing the damage, including images of the packaging.

If the item was damaged in transit, a clear video of the package being opened upon arrival is strongly recommended to avoid any discrepancies.

Shipping Responsibility

If a refund is approved for a damaged item, we will work with you to arrange a resolution. We may request that the item be returned at your cost before a refund is issued.

We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by shipping carriers once they have left our facility.
